Recently service department let me and my old car down by not fixing my driver's side window in an up position after a tech lowered it even though I had signs on it saying it was broken and not to lower it. not fixing my driver's side window in an up position after a tech lowered it even though I had signs on it saying it was broken and not to lower it.
