Sure I paid a little more than I wanted, but the car and services (the whole team) it just made freaking sense to close and literally walked away with my holly cow dream car!!! I loved the experience and these guys are classic Rock Stars. It's my 2nd car from them and I am family now. They preach about being family and it sure feels like it. My wife and I spent maybe a total of 2 hours in the dealership. We were able to handle most of the process by phone or email. Chad Ritter and Melvin Seibel were able to negotiate my time constraints to where I my Escape was detailed and ready to go as soon as I walked in to sign the paperwork. We had only one small hiccup in the process. There was a scuff mark on the console near the driver seatbelt buckle. However, I was able to reach Melvin by email, showed up the next day to meet Chad, and within 30 minutes the repair looked like a whole new console was put it. The trim guy did an amazing job! My family has had a strong history of positive experiences with Five Star. We won't go anywhere else! More

We got there and the car was just as advertised and no longer smelled of smoke. We took it out for a long test drive and when we returned Mel had everything ready and waiting so we would have a fast and painless process ahead of us. We were out within less 2 hours with our new to us vehicle. I would highly recommend to a family member or friend! More
