To our surprise, their website provided 50+ photos of the truck we were interested in, as well as very detailed descriptions of the equipment choices our model offered. We live in Florida and decided to make the 6 hour drive to purchase our new truck from this wonderful dealership and their fantastic staff. Fred Munns is our sales representative and delivered on everything he promised. From beginning to end, there were no pressure antics or hidden surprises. Meryl Breazeale found us the proper financing and through professional guidance didn't oversell us on extended services that were unnecessary or didn't fit our needs. Both Fred and Meryl made us feel like we were speaking with family and right at home. We left Herlong Ford smiling and pleased with our purchase. Based on their professionalism, courtesy and overall great attitudes, we thank Fred and Meryl and will happily return to Herlong Ford for future vehicle purchases. More

I was greeted by Jaime who didn’t waste time on getting me into a test drive. Following the test drive she showed me several similar Fiestas from different price points and worked with me to ensure I found the one I wanted and didn’t put any pressure on me to buy something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. The service was timely and extremely friendly. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. More
