Mia was awful. No communication. Sent my vehicle without windshield fixed, after I told her no. Made appointment to get fixed and never showed. 3 days later sai No communication. The finance person did. Tried to talk to her boss and was told "learning experience" NOT professional. More

Service department needs to better understand pleasing the customer. Give real estimates on how long a repair will take and reach out to the customer with updates. Cheery attitude only goes so far. As for online appointments, they should be handled prior to drive in repairs. A daily meeting should be held at the end of the work day to assess ongoing work, what is in the queue and approximate time to fix those issues and then block off appointments to enable the mechanics to get caught up.
