During my last vehicle service appointment, I was told my car was in need of new front tires. My vehicle has only 38,000 miles. I have had all of my routine maintenance performed at Lake Ford. The car does not pull excessively, therefore alignment is fine. I questioned whether or not, tire rotation was completed during the cars maintenance visits. I spoke to the service advisor about my concerns, he indicated an alignment can be off by a few millimeters and cause wear on the tires. My question was why it wasn’t noted before, and my back tires were fine. No real reply. I was quoted a price to replace all four tires, which seemed excessive to what other stores charge. More
