I’ve purchased two homes and 7 vehicles and this was the only time I would ever describe the process as “easy”, “relaxed”, or “enjoyable.” I called and got David Thomas. I asked if they had two cars I saw o only time I would ever describe the process as “easy”, “relaxed”, or “enjoyable.” I called and got David Thomas. I asked if they had two cars I saw online. He said he’d call me back after he checked. I asked him to text and he did. Texted me very quickly that one Tahoe had sold but the other was still available. I met him there, he let me test drive it (alone), and I loved it. He then let me take it to my house (alone) and show my wife. She loved it. I did a quick pre-approval thing on my phone, told him I wanted it, and was out the door with my new vehicle less than 90 minutes later. I wasn’t pressured or guilted into anything. David did not have that desperate or pushy vibe that so many car lots/salesmen give off. I would highly recommend going to Royal to see David. Also, I knew what sort of car I wanted, but I noticed they had some great variety on the lot. Go check it out. Sales Manager Micah Murphy finished up the process with us (once I decided to buy it, we were with David for about an hour and then Micah for 20 minutes) and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. These guys clearly know what they are doing and how to treat a customer. I hope I get to buy all my future vehicles from Royal Automotive! More
