I found the specific SUV I was looking for online one morning this summer (2016 Chevy Matt and the team at Royal were absolutely great to work with. I found the specific SUV I was looking for online one morning this summer (2016 Chevy Tahoe). I sent an e-mail to Royal letting them know that I was interested in the car. Within an hour, Matt called me (before the dealership even opened that day) to talk to me about the vehicle. By the early afternoon, we finalized the terms of the purchase, including the financing - all of which was done over the phone and e-mail. Since I was an out-of-town customer, I left that afternoon to test drive and purchase the vehicle. When I arrived (30 minutes before closing) Matt and Micah were there to answer any questions I had about the vehicle and the financing. The car was inspected, cleaned, and ready to go when I arrived. It was as advertised and really exceeded my expectations in terms of its condition. I was off the dealership and heading back home within 90 minutes. Following the purchase, Matt continued to follow up with me when I had questions about the car and my out-of-state title / registering process. In all, this was a great car buying experience, and I would definitely recommend Royal to others. More
