Great attention to customer needs I pretty much knew what I wanted and the budget that I wanted to stay within. All personnel worked together so that my needs could be met. I dislike the car buying experience in general but Michael, my salesman, made it as pleasant as he could without a lot pressure. More

Reneged on negotiated price. I realize a contract is a contract, but I also had a measure of trust that a large business would do business with the utmost integrity; I didn't scrutinize the number well enough, and was sidetracked with the extended warranty numbers. When I discovered that there was no discount, my thought was that they'd made a mistake, so I called Sean, who seemed apologetic, and asked what they could do to make me happy. I asked for a refund for the difference, which he said he would have to clear with the manager. But after several days of having calls and emails ignored, Mr. Whaley finally called me, but didn't even acknowledge that there was a $22,717 offer. I also emailed Mr. Hurly, but it was returned undeliverable. At this point I knew it was no mistake. So of course I will never return for service; I will never buy another GM product, and I do share this experience. So in the long run, I hope the $2,183 was worth it to them. In fact, I will not have this truck serviced by Chevrolet unless there's a warranty issue--and it won't be serviced by Stingray. Buyer be very, very aware and do not be too trusting that a business whose commercial jingle tells to "relax, enjoy the difference" will conduct business with integrity, no matter how trusting, friendly and honest they may seem. First time buyer I had a great experience buying my first car! Michael assisted me and had a lot of knowledge about the car. I also liked that no one was pushy and mad I had a great experience buying my first car! Michael assisted me and had a lot of knowledge about the car. I also liked that no one was pushy and made me feel like I had to buy that particular car. Sarah, at the front desk was super nice and made me feel welcomed! Lastly, Eric in the finance department really helped me understand everything when it comes to that aspect! He was very helpful and detailed since it was my first car! The tech guy also helped me link everything and make it usable as soon as I drove off of the lot! I really enjoyed my overall experience! More
