It was FUN! In 2010 I bought a new Forester. Last week I took it into Ferguson for routine maintenance and learned that it needs some expensive repairs. Since i In 2010 I bought a new Forester. Last week I took it into Ferguson for routine maintenance and learned that it needs some expensive repairs. Since it is almost 8 years old, I decided it might be a smart time to trade it in. I was not going to consider any brand other than Subaru, but thought I might look into an Outback this time. I visited the showroom and met Michael Altman. I explained my situation and told him I wanted to compare the Outback and the Forester. He was very knowledgeable of the advantages and options of each. After test driving both models, I decided to stay with the Forester. Because I had not been thinking of buying a new car, I needed to familiarize myself with the different 2018 Forester models, options, upgrades, etc. Michael was very eager to listen to what I like and show me the differences. We were able to quickly narrow it down to a Limited. The inventory of colors, options, and upgrades is quite impressive so he was able to find the perfect one with the exact combination of options I want! The new pricing structure made the rest of the process very straight forward and low pressure. Considering the work needed on my 2010, the offer on my trade was fair. With 0% financing available, it made sense to buy now. Brandon in Finance was very informative and offered the warranty and upgrade add-on options in a clear and understandable format. I purchased some of the options and am happy with my decision. When I was back with Michael to accept delivery of the car he told me that his Sales Manager had challenged the Sales Team to see if anyone could get a buyer to get up in the back of their new car (not the back seat) to have their picture taken. I had so much fun working with Michael so, of course, I agreed! Now I have a really FUN picture to document my FUN experience working with Michael. He loves Subaru and I love my new Forester! Who knows, maybe we will end up with my story in Subaru’s Drive magazine! (While at the dealership with me, my husband saw a used vehicle he was interested in. Michael gave us the details of the truck, went for a test drive with us, and then introduced us to Dan in Finance, who was also very friendly and efficient. So, by the end of the day, we had traded in two vehicles, bought two vehicles, and had an overall FUN car buying experience! I am a repeat Forester buyer and will recommend Subaru, Ferguson, and Michael Altman with confidence at every opportunity!) More

Mike Altman is a super star! We were greeted within minutes of pulling up but didn't feel attacked. I asked him not to show me cars over X amount and he did not, which was much appreciated. He was not pushy and I enjoyed hearing why he chose to own a Subaru himself. I left with a fully detailed new Subaru Forester, a full tank of gas, and a smile. He kept us informed during the buying process and has kept up the good work after I drove off the lot when I needed my windows tented. I cant speak more highly of Mike and I recommend him to anyone! Our Finance guy, Brandon Hunt was great to work with as well. He didn't push warranties or gap insurance like other dealerships and was up front and clear about what was going on. He even helped me understand Oklahoma car insurance laws! I give both Brandon and Mike an A+ 100%! More

Attentive without the pressure. As a woman shopping for a car by myself, I was not looking forward to the process. I met with Michael Altman and told him my price range and he showed me the vehicles that were available. I test drove 5 vehicles that day and he was extremely patient, personable and professional. After all my test driving, he asked me what I was thinking. I was honest and told him I planned on test driving some Mazda models and he thanked me for my honesty! I didn't feel any pressure from the moment I arrived until I made my decision and I really appreciated that. After driving the Mazdas the next day, I came back and decided on the Crosstrek. Yay for me! More
