"Top notch customer service"
Got a new A6 about a year ago. My 2nd audi, but first from a dealer. The whole process was pretty unbelievable. Everything on price of the trade and the new car was very transparent, and it was all fair. The transition to the service department was seamless, and my new service adviser knew all about me and my car the first time I arrived. You see these guys around town, and they are legitimately are involved in the community. Nice to see this level of service, makes it easy to keep thinking about driving an Audi.
Garrett and Michael, and the team at Audi Boulder, went above and beyond to show my husband and I everything we wanted to see. The staff was welcoming, not pushy whatsoever, highly knowledgeable, and worked very hard for us. Their hard work paid off, we couldn't be happier with our new Q7!!!

Robert Glandon is easy to work with and we arrived at a deal without the same high pressure tactics I have found at other dealerships. Robert was very professional and everyone working there is friendly. Mike Argenzio is another professional working there. Mike stayed late, as well as Chad Turner in finance, and helped us get to know our new vehicle before our weekend trip we we taking the next day. Mike then met with me again following the weekend to thoroughly and patiently go over the features of the car. Great job by all.
