He impressed me with his knowledge and straight answer to questions that I had. Jennifer Pena, because she was very knowledgeable and help guide me through the maze with my Insurance Company. I have been a customer with Ed Morse Cadillac since 2002, or maybe 2001 hmmm. I keep returning for new vehicles for a couple of reasons, i.e. sales and service. Michael Brandon knows all of the Cadillac veh or maybe 2001 hmmm. I keep returning for new vehicles for a couple of reasons, i.e. sales and service. Michael Brandon knows all of the Cadillac vehicles inside and out; he has been with Ed Morse for a number of years and is a Florida Gator. Don't let that persuade you to go in and see him or even dissuade you. Michael is a professional in all sense of the word and will work hard for you to make the best deal. My experience was horrible. I set an appointment with the Salesman. We arrived to see the car but he was no where to be found and wouldn't answer his cellphone. When he finally did come out he said his phone Salesman. We arrived to see the car but he was no where to be found and wouldn't answer his cellphone. When he finally did come out he said his phone was on the charger and didn't know we were she coming. The car was not ready it was behind the lot so he drove it around and tried to showcase a dirty 2016 Porsche Panamera. I was very disappointed as we drove 45 minutes only to be told come back on Monday once the car is cleaned up and ready to show. Needless to say I was ready to buy that day but I won't be buying from that dealership. It was a waste of my time and it smashed my dreams of buy my favorite car a Porsche. More
