I appreciated their patience and expertise in helping through the process. I am very happy with my Cadillac and the extra tutorial Michael gave me several days after I brought the car home to go over all of the features with me. My experience was horrible. I set an appointment with the Salesman. We arrived to see the car but he was no where to be found and wouldn't answer his cellphone. When he finally did come out he said his phone Salesman. We arrived to see the car but he was no where to be found and wouldn't answer his cellphone. When he finally did come out he said his phone was on the charger and didn't know we were she coming. The car was not ready it was behind the lot so he drove it around and tried to showcase a dirty 2016 Porsche Panamera. I was very disappointed as we drove 45 minutes only to be told come back on Monday once the car is cleaned up and ready to show. Needless to say I was ready to buy that day but I won't be buying from that dealership. It was a waste of my time and it smashed my dreams of buy my favorite car a Porsche. More
