I would recommend this dealer Kieth was great and got me the car I wanted to drive and showed me another one also for the same price with better mileage! The only negative part of my review is that he also gave me two key fobs that were broken and stuck together with gum... I mean come on. I would have expected that if I was going to be given a key fob that it would work or I would have Ben told they didn’t work. Not a great experience with that as they didn’t even act like they cared that they gave me them broken. Crazy More

I tested a few different models and h I visited Motorcars of Lansing over the holiday season looking for a new to me vehicle to kick-off the new year. I tested a few different models and had one driven up from Kalamazoo location last minute for me to drive that I had found online. Randy and Michael were very accommodating. Open to negotiating and getting details of the Focus ST fixed and sorted. They were professional and cordial througout the entire process. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the detailing crew in the back. The Focus ST was shining brilliantly, waiting for my arrival to drive her home. All in all, two thumbs up for Randy and the whole Motorcars crew! More

Do NOT buy from Motorcars of Lansing!!! Don’t EVER buy a vehicle from Motorcars of Lansing. They sold me a truck with a bad transmission. 3 months later it went out completely. They took advantage of me not having car knowledge. I’ve spent a total of 16 hours in the waiting room being toyed around. The mechanic admitted that the truck was showing signs that the transmission was going out before selling. I also have picture proof of them using a permanent marker covering up rust spots and paint chips on a hood of vehicle they were “detailing” to sell. They constantly had interruptions and not a single person would focus on just one thing at a time. It took days and multiple calls to even get ahold of someone. If you want a reliable vehicle sold by true honest people, motorcars is NOT the place to go. Staff has even admitted to me this should not have happened to me and I should leave a bad review. If staff doesn’t trust them, why should customers? More

This buying experience was with Randy Blackwell, the primary sales contact, who is a fine southern gentleman that exudes honesty and a genuine desire to fulfill the customers wishes. The dealership owners, John and Mike were also involved, and both are a pleasure to deal with. There was no high pressure, just straight forward discussion and conversation. An easy and very fair deal was struck and I'm extremely happy with the vehicle and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, as the entire sales, service and support staff are pleasant, efficient and very competent. I highly recommend this dealership and will not hesitate to buy from them when my next car purchase comes around. More
