Michael was very communicative , friendly and helpful. He kept me informed as to when the car would arrive. I’m very disappointed in your financial manager, Xavier. Left 2 messages personally and Michae He kept me informed as to when the car would arrive. I’m very disappointed in your financial manager, Xavier. Left 2 messages personally and Michael left one for him to call me. He hasn’t called for 2 days. He stuck the papers in the folder without me looking at them then handed the folder to me. When I got home I looked in the folder and saw he had charged me about $1300+ more than I agreed to pay. I want to know why I was charged the extra $1300+. I didn’t like the fact that I was giving him my credit card because I don’t like letting it out of my sight. Now I have extra charges that weren’t explained to me. I could have given y’all the lowest rating possible and if I don’t hear from him by tomorrow morning early I may change the rating and not recommend that any one do business with Ed Martin Toyota. I’ve been doing business with you since 2008. Will this be the last car I buy there? More
