The dealership was beautiful, spacious and well laid out. Very pleasant environment and vey inviting. It was clean. I noticed that there was a mini fridge stocked with water and soda. Nice touch. I think the layout was very conducive for social distancing. When seeing that the staff was wearing masks, it made me feel more comfortable wearings masks. I was particularly impressed with the high tech pad that was used for the financial transaction. Very cool. I liked the way Michael was able to show us his screen and the very transparent way of the whole transaction. The whole experience was great end to end. Don’t waste your time. Salespeople lied about vehicle and after driving over two hours to purchase a tundra, turned around and went home! Once it was discovered the salesman stated you can probably heat up the plastic and pop it out!!!!!! It’s a two year old truck that is certified, you shouldn’t have to work on a newer certified Toyota from the dealership! This place was a joke More
