Left 2 messages personally and Michael left one for him to call me. He hasn’t called for 2 days. He stuck the papers in the folder without me looking at them then handed the folder to me. When I got home I looked in the folder and saw he had charged me about $1300+ more than I agreed to pay. I want to know why I was charged the extra $1300+. I didn’t like the fact that I was giving him my credit card because I don’t like letting it out of my sight. Now I have extra charges that weren’t explained to me. I could have given y’all the lowest rating possible and if I don’t hear from him by tomorrow morning early I may change the rating and not recommend that any one do business with Ed Martin Toyota. I’ve been doing business with you since 2008. Will this be the last car I buy there? More

The dealership was beautiful, spacious and well laid out. Very pleasant environment and vey inviting. It was clean. I noticed that there was a mini fridge stocked with water and soda. Nice touch. I think the layout was very conducive for social distancing. When seeing that the staff was wearing masks, it made me feel more comfortable wearings masks. I was particularly impressed with the high tech pad that was used for the financial transaction. Very cool. I liked the way Michael was able to show us his screen and the very transparent way of the whole transaction. The whole experience was great end to end. I will definitely be recommending Ed Martin to many others. Keep up the great work!! Randy More

Don’t waste your time. Salespeople lied about vehicle and after driving over two hours to purchase a tundra, turned around and went home! Once it was discovered the salesman stated you can probably heat up the plastic and pop it out!!!!!! It’s a two year old truck that is certified, you shouldn’t have to work on a newer certified Toyota from the dealership! This place was a joke More
