Make sure your vehicle is not in a SALVAGE TITLE before you buy it!!! I’m not going to say this dealership committed dealer fraud but they did sell us a vehicle that was in a salvage title without disclosi you buy it!!! I’m not going to say this dealership committed dealer fraud but they did sell us a vehicle that was in a salvage title without disclosing that information beforehand. Customer service is non existent and seemingly not even in their vocabulary. We spent 6 hours yesterday returning a car that should never have been sold to us only to be fed with lie after lie and left with nothing but an insincere apology and excuses. I recommend to anyone that you never ever shop here for a vehicle. The lack of due diligence and utter disrespect is appalling. “We didn’t know” and “this has never happened before” did nothing to give us back the money and time we’ve wasted on this vehicle for the last 5 months. Nor did it alleviate the frustration of the situation. Shame on them. “If a dealership sold you a vehicle that has a salvage title and this information wasn't disclosed to you, they have committed dealer fraud. All dealers who sell vehicles with salvage titles are bound by law to disclose the title to the buyer prior to the sale“ More
