We were in touch with Mike via email for a few weeks as we were seriously considering a T8 hybrid. Mike was very efficient in answering all our questions and more often then not he would reply within a couple of hours at the most. He guided us through out and we were certainly impressed, as to be fair he would even lay out the less expensive options for us and let us make the decisions! What a difference from our previous purchases where the sales pitch was uncomfortably pushy and almost obnoxious. Since the T8 delivery times currently are way into the summer, we purchased a readily available T6. From the time I sat down with Brian after the test drive, till the time I stepped out of the dealership after making the purchase the elapsed time was around 45 minutes. None of the strong push to buy options, warranties etc., He did ask me once and that’s it. This is a family owned business and they treat you like a guest. More

I generally do not write reviews however I can honestly say Steingold was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in the past 30+ years. Yes, Steingold really is that good and truly different. These guys ‘get it’. No games, no gimmicks. Just fair deal and honest communication. If you are in the market for a Volvo, want a relaxed, no pressure experience don’t think twice. Shop Steingold. If considering another brand (like I was), do yourself a favor and check out the Volvo line up. You will be surprised dollar for dollar, feature for feature what Volvo has to offer. Great experience at Steingold Volvo I came to Steingold because Viti wasn't willing to work with me or negotiate any of their cars. When I came to Steingold, everyone was friendly and Stephen quickly came out and showed me a couple of cars in the showroom. Once I decided on the car I wanted, Stephen began the paperwork. From there, Michael took over and made the process smooth and easy. Michael was even able to lower the price on an extended warranty for my vehicle, which I was very pleased about. Overall I would recommend these guys and I will be back in the future whenever I decide to purchase my next Volvo. More

Extended warranty Called Steingold from Vermont just to get quote on extended warranty and ended up buying one. Had experience with Michael Bernardo I was hoping to have with local dealer where I bought car. Michael almost lost me when he told me that price he was offering might not be as good when I called back. Last warranty I bought was for Acura which I recall was about half of Volvo's so I was extra hesitant. When I wavered, Michael hit price I had in mind that would justify buying warranty. As soon as I emailed signed contract back to him, I got hit with buyer's panic and called him back, expecting to hear some impatience in his voice, if he even took call. He not only talked to me, but was supernice and reassuring and said my worries were natural. I didn't check online reviews until after speaking with Michael, but when I finally did, I understood the raves. We will be shopping for a car for my wife soon and I expect to call Steingold, if not drive all the way down. Joe Haggerty More
