The exact match was found on the internet at Steingold’s and would require a long distance negotiation followed by a 5 hour trip to Rhode Island. Michael contacted us quickly and was both knowledgable and a pleasure. The negotiations and financing were completed in a teleconference. He is also experienced in selling to clients from out of state and the transfer of their plates which was a plus. When we arrived in Rhode Island, our new car was ready and the entire process from paper finalization to understanding all the car’s features took less than an hour. No where along the way were their surprises. Our only regret is that the dealership isn’t closer since we would use them for service. In the future, we would definitely consider Steingold for another car purchase. More
