My wife was looking for a very specific color and option combination, and found it at Steingold. We live in 7 hours away in central Pennsylvania, so this was a situation that I had not dealt with before. Stephen was very easy to deal with to negotiate the car, and had everything prepared when I arrived to pick it up. Michael was incredible in giving me the vehicle walk-through, and I couldn't be happier about my experience. Although seven hours away from Steingold, I would actually purchase from them again. I loved dealing with a family business, and their father, who was also there when I picked up the car, must be very proud! They really couldn't have made car buying easier. BTW, we found the same car only 4 hours away with a different dealer, but the feeling we got from Stephen made our decision. It held true and we are thrilled with our new Steingold Volvo. More

All of the people I worked with at the dealership we I found Steingold Volvo on line because I was looking for a specific Volvo, in a specific color. All of the people I worked with at the dealership were absolutely fantastic. Brian was my salesperson and Leigh handled my insurance paperwork, both were fantastic. They offered me a great price on both my trade and on my new Volvo. But that is not the only reason I was so happy, it was because of the way I was treated. They were extremely patient with me, both before I steeped foot into the dealership and then when I arrived. They did not try and up-sell me to a more expensive car that was over my budget and they explained everything before I signed the paperwork. I also met Michael and Stephen Bernardo who were helping answer some of my many detailed questions and I later found out they actually are owners in the dealership. Everyone was professional and I was amazed at how I was not pressured into buying something that I did not want. In my experience many dealerships in my area are more concerned with making the "sale", then really understanding what you want or need. Even though I live an hour away from the dealership, I plan on having my car serviced their as well. The bottom line is, I truly felt like I was home at Steingold. More
