For the first time in forever, I have had a positive experience with a dealership. I was treated with a level of care and professionalism that was a refreshing change of pace for me. Mike was there to see to it that the vehicle I wanted was ordered quickly, a last minute change of color was no issue, and my vehicle came REALLY fast, a wait of 1 month ended up being only a few days!!! And my salesman Gio was excellent to work with too. And when the numbers lined up, I was clear for departure in my new EV, and I couldn’t be any happier! More

I bought a Nissan from this company and purchased the extended warranty. The transmission is going and I brought it in. I was told by the service rep that they refuse to honor the warranty since they don extended warranty. The transmission is going and I brought it in. I was told by the service rep that they refuse to honor the warranty since they don't work on Nissans. They refused to send it out and put for it. They also refused to reimburse me for the warranty they won't honor. I would NEVER shop here again. The dealer replied on Google asking me to email someone named Tom.
