HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. ask for michael brown! This was my first time getting a brand new car and it was a pleasure! Mike (not Michael Brown, but another Mike whose last name escapes me) helped me pick out the car I was interested in on the lot. He was great and gave me plenty of time to mull over the options. Michael Brown took me from there and went over pricing. Mr. Brown was fantastic and a pleasure to work with! He made the process quick and straightforward. Janelle in Financing had a great personality and was very knowledgeable and thorough when I had a question about the paperwork. Overall it was a great experience and one I'd gladly go through again! More

As I mentioned, I was not going to buy a car the day I drove to the dealership but...... after speaking with Michael Brown, who is very professional, courteous and most important a no high pressure sales person,I walked away with a new Toyota Camry SE. that day. Michael was very knowledgeable, patient with me, and no high pressure to buy. He never made me feel as though I HAD to buy a car that day. Michael is exceptional and was a dream to work with . 5 stars to John Montera!!!The young man who greeted us when we parked our car and then walked with us all over the lot trying to find me exactly what I was looking for. John was extremely professional and patient and he answered all my questions and he spent almost 2 hours with me walking the lot and finding the car I wanted. I was able to take the car out for a test drive and remember, I was only looking.I told myself I was not buying a car that day!!! There was absolutely no pressure from John to buy that day. Very people oriented! 5 stars to Janelle Harris who took care of the paper work and was a pleasure to work with, she knows her job and is very detail oriented, a true professional . Janelle's attitude is pleasant and caring and she shows it. She was very patient and explained all the paper work I had to sign and also took her time to load my Bluetooth, showed me how to set my radio and also showed me several other things I needed to know about my new car. She really knows her job and does it well. I would certainly recommend Toyota of North Charlotte to my friends and family. The final part of process ( signing the contracts ??) was actually quite pleasant as well, Janelle Harris ( finance advisor) is very knowledgeable in her position and honest when answering my questions. And finally, the very first person that I had contact with was a gentleman named Edward who is a greeter/product specialist, it is always nice to be greeted with a smiling face when making such an important financial decision.
