Excellent service!!!...from beginning to end. My husband, my 4 yrs old twins and I were greeted by Victoria's pleasant smile as we arrived at the dealership.She was very friendly and help us decid My husband, my 4 yrs old twins and I were greeted by Victoria's pleasant smile as we arrived at the dealership.She was very friendly and help us decide on our Toyota Sienna (we just stopped into the dealership to see what was available since we needed a new car) Michael Brown was amazing and made sure we understood all the terms and were happy with our purchase, we never once felt like there was pressure to buy even when we said we had to come back the next day because my husband had to catch a flight. He was very thorough and patient with all our questions. He made us feel like family. I really like the friendly environment and the play room which is important with small kids. Kim was very diligent and even next day papers to my husband who was out of town so we could complete our purchase. We are loving our new car. Thanks Toyota of North Charlotte!!! More

Dealership Excellence and Thoughtful Service I had gone to the dealership to see options I might have for replacing a 2002 Toyota Sedan. It had been a wonderful car for me and I put a lot of mile I had gone to the dealership to see options I might have for replacing a 2002 Toyota Sedan. It had been a wonderful car for me and I put a lot of miles on it heading to Greenville, NC, and Savannah, GA to visit my children and grandchildren. When it clocked 153,000 miles it gave me the Main Battery Warning. The dealership analysis revealed that both Main Battery Pack and Inverter were gohe. So I needed another dependable car for my travels. I went to North Charlotte Toyota-Scion intending to explore options. I ended up getting a pre-owned car and deal that will work perfectly for me. Everyone with whom I worked was very caring, friendly, and helpful. I want to mention each of them and express my gratitude: Eric Olsen - Service Dept. He had always serviced my car, knew my need, and found an option for me to consider. Michael Brown and Justin (didn't get his last name) - Sales Dept. When I saw a pre-owned 2007 Camry Hybrid that appealed to me,, they caringly worked with me, sensitive to my needs. Janelle Harris - Financial Sales and Licensing Details - She was very efficient with all the paperwork. As I wrote my name numerous times (which at my age takes time and patience) she was so very understanding and kind, clearly explaining each sheet I signed. Kathy (didn't get her last name) - She made my cell phone "talk to" the car's Bluetooth. She was great with it. Everyone seemed excited for me and with me. I keep my cars a very long time and always purchase pre-owned. It was a wonderful experience. PRESSURED!!!!!!! I had to ask more than 15 times to get in writing the price of the new 2015 Toyota Corolla and the interest rate!!!!! I was PRESSURED, I repeat, PRES I had to ask more than 15 times to get in writing the price of the new 2015 Toyota Corolla and the interest rate!!!!! I was PRESSURED, I repeat, PRESSURED by Mike and Brian to buy the car on the spot. Repeatedly I told them I wanted to go home and compare their price with the other prices I had been given, but they didn't want to listen to what I had to say. FINALLY, after being there for 2 hours, they wrote down the information I requested. The next day I went back to purchase the new Toyota Corolla. They announced my name over the intercom and congratulated me for the purchase of a new 2015 Toyota Corolla. Within a minute, after I was congratulated over the intercom, the monthly price jumped up more then $50!!! I was told they "forgot" something. When I mentioned how much pressure his salespeople put on me, he laughed and said he was pressuring them to sale cars. Well, all that pressure they tried to put on me, DIDN'T work at all!!!!!! I happily and peacefully purchased a new 2015 Toyota Corolla at the dealership in Gastonia WITHOUT any pressure at all. More

Customer Satifaction I went to Victory Chevrolet and they told me I needed a co signer and $2,000.00 down and the dealership over there was not very helpful. I saw a comme I went to Victory Chevrolet and they told me I needed a co signer and $2,000.00 down and the dealership over there was not very helpful. I saw a commercial on tv getting ready for work and it offer no money down. I went over to Toyota of North Charlotte after work and was actually looking for a PT Cruiser or a HHR and ended up purchasing a 2008 Saturn Sky. I am very satisfied with the deal. I did it with a trade in and no money down, signed the papers and drove off in my cool car. I am also the talk at work with my co workers, they want a car like mine. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Mike Brown who I initially was dealing with was very helpful and get me into my car then I also want to thank Jackie Crane for calling me back and giving me a lower interest rate and a lower car payment.
