I have purchased two cars from him and he always makes sure to put me in the right vehicle for the right price. David Carter took in consideration the features of the car I wanted and constantly checked on me and my family throughout the car buying process. As long as David and Michael are here at Toyota, I can definitely see myself purchasing more cars from them. Also, one part of the car buying process that is a little overwhelming is the finance part. Kim Veney took the time to explain all the documents I was signing and allowed me to ask as many questions as possible. I really loved how much everyone at this dealership is so personable, friendly, and caring. Thank you Toyota!!! More

There are many Toyota Dealerships but they are not alike We have been a patron for many years. We recently moved 200+ miles away. One of our Toyota cars had major issues to occur. The service seemed alright, although it was our old Toyota of North Charlotte. The next time we took a car in, the personnel had drastically changed and the service was mediocre, at best. Now we drive the 200+ miles back to Toyota of North Charlotte. We carefully plan other needs and activities around the trip. The effort is worth the peace of mind. More

My overall experience with North Charlotte Toyota was a great experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Upon my arrival all sales associates were in for a morning meeting so a financ great experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Upon my arrival all sales associates were in for a morning meeting so a finance rep, Joe Daniels showed me a car until someone was available. Michael and James were also a great help. Toyota also had a specialist, Gary come out and explain all the features the car had to offer. For the little time he had to spent with us, he was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Sales negotiations are based around monthly payments not total car price, dealer installed options/accessories are not Toyota OEM items (they are Toyota distribution region items), and Internet offered additional "Rewards" are not valid on sale cars.
