This dealership has been the worst in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. From sales, to managers to the service center. They damaged my truck messing up the front and rear bumpers. They shorted the oil on an oil change leaded to a low oil light shortly after an oil change, the management never returns calls or follows up on any promises they continue to make. I have met in person to show the damage and I have spoken to the General manager Michael Butler who said they would at least repair the damaged rear bumper. Since then they refuse to even respond.
