I didn't go to the dealership with the intent of purchasing yesterday, but the perfect circumstance appeared while I was there, and my wife and I decided to move forward with the purchase. Overall the experience was hard to beat. The entire team at the dealership was accommodating, friendly and very professional. They made my wife and I feel not only welcome but valued from the minute we arrived. Our sales professional, Greg Jordan, was great to work with. I have owned 3 Infiniti's back to back, and the experience with my dealership there had always been first rate. Manners and Service Matter - Thank you Michael Caldwell I have been a BMW 7 Series buyer for the past 15 years and wanted a convertible. I spoke with Braman Porsche in Palm Beach and Ellis Porsche near my home and a few other high end convertible brands. I was about to give up on buying a Porsche due to the complexity of ordering a car and getting the same sales person back in front of me. I knew what I wanted, I just needed the attention of a person that could stay focused and get it done. The secondary consideration was a service shop that was careful with cars in their care and clean mechanics. Ellis failed on this front. One Saturday on my way from a meeting in Cobb County, I stopped by Hennessy Porsche only because I recently bought a Cadillac from their other dealership and they exceeded my expectation. Unfortunately the sales person went on vacation the day after we spoke; however, Michael Caldwell called to follow up. I drove over to Hennessy Porsche to meet Michael, described my needs, and specific build. Even though Michael was the Sales Manager, he did not pawn me off to another sales person, he did not try to judge my ability to buy a 2014 911 4S and the order was done in about 30 minutes. Due to Porsche complexity, you need someone to check for conflicts and to ensure options work together. This is critical to special order one of these cars. It took a few months for the car to arrive at the dealership. Michael stayed in touch with me and even took time from his birthday in Vegas to ensure the delivery was on time and to my exact expectations. Porsche buyers that value service and good old fashioned manners, call Michael Caldwell.
