These guys were great. Although I have a Porsche dealer in my area I chose Hennessy because of the fantastic pre sale communication and I was glad I did. He knows what he's talking about (isn't it amazing how many don't have a clue?!?) but he isn't arrogant or pushy. He patiently answered my questions then gave me space and time to think. I highly recommend Hennessy and specifically David. You can't go wrong with a great car from a great sales person at a great dealership. More

It started in the service department thru Matt Bailey (wish he was still there) who referred me to Scott Hamilton and has continued since. positive. I think i've purchased about 6-7 cars over the past 3 years and each transaction has been completed with curtesy and speed. Everyone I've met in Sales has be genuinely friendly and helpful. Same with Finance, Service and Reception. Mark Venti has personally provided input and positive support whenever required. He leads a great group of people. This is my 6th new Porsche purchased from Hennessy since 2012... a 2014 Panamera GTS, and my first post on DealerRater (about time, eh Mike?). Mike McPherson was my sales guy (again) and the only Porsche sales professional in many years who knows more about the brand than me - and I like to think I know just a bit. OK, so I am a Porsche enthusiast. I also live in Virginia. I regularly drive 680+ miles to Atlanta to bring my shiny, slightly used, offerings to Drew (pre-owned sales) and I always get a fair price. I work Mike pretty hard on the new car deals and while Mark Venti and Michael Caldwell are usually in the mix too, I always get a fair price. This is a tough business. There's lots of competition and lots of Porsche dealers out there. But in my opinion the Hennessy team have something special, a secret sauce. They treat their clients with respect, consideration, and absolute professionalism and in my case it's been the norm on six separate occasions. They have an excellent rapport with PCNA in Atlanta and in the past were able to intercede on my behalf when an initial delivery problem cropped up with a new vehicle - to my great relief and complete satisfaction. I have never received this sustained level of relationship management over time from any other Porsche dealer in the US, and I have been through a few. It's what keeps me coming back! So thanks guys, I appreciate your ongoing commitment to excellence. In this day and age it's pretty unique. And for everybody who reads this post, try these folks out. I bought a Certified low mileage Porsche off the internet from Hennessy Porsche in Roswell, GA. I live in Nebraska. The description and the photos of the car were good, but I needed additional information from Hennessy Porsche in Roswell, GA. I live in Nebraska. The description and the photos of the car were good, but I needed additional information about the car and ownership history, and had a unique buying situation......I was buying the car on behalf of someone else (with power of attorney), wiring payment to the dealer in metro-Atlanta, and would not be able to inspect the car until it was delivered in Nebraska. This kind of purchase requires information and trust, on both sides of the deal. The Certified inspection gave me confidence that this low mileage Porsche was in excellent condition, even though titled in New York and driven in Manhattan for two years. Scott and Mike built my confidence further by conducting additional inspections and answering additional questions. The car was delivered 1,000 miles away within 48 hours after pick-up from the dealer, in "perfect" condition and as described. The next morning I had it inspected by the State of Nebraska, registered, titled, licensed, and plated. The new owner loves her car, and the transaction was smooth and easy from beginning to end. Great job by everyone, and I highly recommend Hennessy Porsche. More

They responded very quickly, we came to a deal within a day or so, and they were very accommodating to my needs. I drove 6 hours to Atlanta to pick up the 911, and they stayed past closing time to help close the deal, no BS or games, just a fast close, and i got to drive out with my new Porsche! I would highly recommend Scott & Mike at Hennessy Porsche to any of my friends (or Dad's of my friends) in the future. Thanks again for a seamless transaction!!! More
