Me and my family have bought a numbers of cars here. The sales people are honest and make you feel at ease. Also, the Service Department is the best I ever dealt with. Mike Casey is the reason I come to EHJeep. I’ve been dealing with Mike Casey in the service department since our 2015 Grand Cherokee was purchased as a certified used vehicle in March 2019. Always receive five star service at East Hills Service Service Adviser Michael Casey at East Hills Service could not have made the process of having my Jeep inspected and having a software reprograming of Service Adviser Michael Casey at East Hills Service could not have made the process of having my Jeep inspected and having a software reprograming of the transmission control updated to address a recent safety recall. I arrived at East Hills at 10:00 AM, and after a comp toasted bagel and a hot cup of tea, I was back on the road before 11:00. Michael Casey in my view has always maintained the benchmark for excellent service. Six years running He is indeed a positive factor to be considered for anyone considering East Hills for service or vehicle purchase. Kudos to Mike are in order! More
