Michael Chavis is my "guy" I am new to the Scott Clark Nissan experience, so meeting Michael Chavis was just what I needed to feel comfortable. Past experiences with other deale I am new to the Scott Clark Nissan experience, so meeting Michael Chavis was just what I needed to feel comfortable. Past experiences with other dealerships have been "I-threw-up-a-little-in-my-mouth" kinda bad, but Michael made up for it by being personable and patient as he guided me through the intake process and got me set to go. Over the course of 2 weeks he has become "my guy" and I am gladly overwhelmed with the professional service he provided. I'll be back to see him & the rest of the Scott Clark Nissan family in 4K miles, and I look forward to the experience. Thanks Michael, you've made a customer for life. More

So helpful and was there every step of the way! I called the dealership early morning and told the gentleman that answered (Sam) my situation, what I was looking to accomplish, and what I needed. H I called the dealership early morning and told the gentleman that answered (Sam) my situation, what I was looking to accomplish, and what I needed. He answered all of my questions after very patiently listening to me and suggested I come in and get some information to take home. I came in that afternoon to meet him and he introduced me to one of the Sales reps, Mike, who was the most personable and pleasant car sales agents I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I thoroughly enjoyed working with this dealership from the start of my test drive to driving my new car out of the lot. They went extra lengths and out of the way to help me with everything they could. The process was incredibly fast and went so smoothly. Thank you Scott Clark Nissan, you guys rock! More

Best experience EVER Best place in NC to buy a truck. Nissan Frontier. They did not have the color we wanted but found one at another dealership and brought it to us.
