Great Service for Vehicle We needed to have a small recall matter addressed, as well as the 5,000 mile service check. We made an appointment online and got prompt confirmation of the time. The service staff was ready when we arrived and all of the service issues were addressed promptly and completely. It was a great experience and I am glad we purchased the vehicle from Lithia Toyota. More

Great service, great people I feel lucky to be a Toyota owner every time I get it serviced or parts replaced. This time I was there to have new speakers installed and I had the best of people working on my vehicle. From the great and kind employees I talked to on the phone to the nice woman outside of the service center who did some of my paperwork and lastly to inside the shop, it was all wonderful! I've had great luck at any Toyota dealership and service at any location in MT but while I live in Billings, this Toyota and its employees will be the people I trust the most. Thank you for all of your hard work! More

Poor service Took Camery in for three warrenty related issues. Service department compleyed servive for one issue and wanted to do extra nonwarrenty related work-$ Took Camery in for three warrenty related issues. Service department compleyed servive for one issue and wanted to do extra nonwarrenty related work-$135.00. When i said i didnt want the extra work done guy was rude. Upon picking up the car i discovered they never completed the other warrenty related repairs. I will never use lithia toyota service again. More

Waiting area Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. The oil change takes over an hour which seems a little long. I only have service done here so I have n Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. The oil change takes over an hour which seems a little long. I only have service done here so I have nothing to compare it to. My biggest complaint is the condition of the waiting area. The seats are very stained and I don't think have ever been cleaned. At this point they just need to be replaced. I won't sit in them. No one seems to care if it gets cleaned up. More
