From the great and kind employees I talked to on the phone to the nice woman outside of the service center who did some of my paperwork and lastly to inside the shop, it was all wonderful! I've had great luck at any Toyota dealership and service at any location in MT but while I live in Billings, this Toyota and its employees will be the people I trust the most. Poor service Took Camery in for three warrenty related issues. Service department compleyed servive for one issue and wanted to do extra nonwarrenty related work-$ Took Camery in for three warrenty related issues. Upon picking up the car i discovered they never completed the other warrenty related repairs. I will never use lithia toyota service again. More

Waiting area Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. The oil change takes over an hour which seems a little long. I only have service done here so I have nothing to compare it to. My biggest complaint is the condition of the waiting area. The seats are very stained and I don't think have ever been cleaned. At this point they just need to be replaced. I won't sit in them. No one seems to care if it gets cleaned up. More
