I would say this purchase was one of, if not THE most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. We knew Kristin Paulsen and Don Speck previously so it was nice to see familiar faces. Don even acted as techno-geek to program my Blue Tooth, and sat down and visited with us while we waited for the finance guy. In addition, when I brought the car back 10 days later to inquire about changing the height of the armrests, Mike Cleveland bent over backward helping me. Although there was not a ready solution in the parts area, he eventually took it upon himself to construct a "fix" which worked great. He didn't charge me, and he even arranged for a car wash!
