Courteous, efficient, responsive service visit Appointment for Toyota Auto Care Plan oil change and 100 point courtesy check: service reps were very responsive, promptly checked my vehicle in for s Appointment for Toyota Auto Care Plan oil change and 100 point courtesy check: service reps were very responsive, promptly checked my vehicle in for service, the waiting area (lounge) is comfortable and relaxed with plenty of hot coffee, in having the Auto Care Plan the service reps checked my vehicle maintenance records & noted a tire rotation was due (which I had overlooked) and then performed that tire rotation above and beyond the oil change (thank you!), all in short order. The Service Department is efficient and well organized. More

Great I arrived over a hour before my appointment. I live approximately 25 miles out of town. The Service Manager told me that he probably couldn't get to m I arrived over a hour before my appointment. I live approximately 25 miles out of town. The Service Manager told me that he probably couldn't get to me before my appointment time but as I was waiting he delivered my serviced car 19 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Thank you More
