Purchase of my new CR-V My first visit to Jenkins Honda was exploratory and I was not pressured to purchase at that time. I shopped other makes of mid-sized SUVs including M My first visit to Jenkins Honda was exploratory and I was not pressured to purchase at that time. I shopped other makes of mid-sized SUVs including Mazda, which was my dealership for over 12 years. I didn't like the Mazda CX-5. I tried Subaru, Buick and Toyota and finally decided on the CR-V. At that point I also decided on the color of the vehicle I desired. I called around to other dealerships searching for the color and finally Jenkins got the vehicle and advised me of same. My salesperson Shawn Garret was enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with (he is an Eagles fan like myself). His knowledge of the vehicle and his description of the features were 100% complete and accurate. During the test drive he explaind how things worked and made sure that I was comfortable with some of the AI of the vehicle. During the final delivery phase he again went over the more "complicated" features and wished me well with my new vehicle. More

My only complaint would be that the owner needs to call a Dealer Fee by name - don't hide it as a Doc Tax. More
