Went in for service departed with a second vehicle. I had researched the Pilot and two competing vehicles. After discussion with the sales team, they made an offer too good to pass up. Whole process took about 2 hours including test drive. Easiest car purchase out of 6 so far. Consultant, Michael Coffman, explained every feature bumper to bumper. including settings and reasons why the choices were dependent on driving style and life conditions. Some settings were familiar but the increase in technology on these vehicles requires a guided tour. Overall positive experience, straight forward offer, minimal haggling. More

All questions were answered clearly without any sense of deception. This was my first time ever having a positive experience buying a car. Even the Finance department was awesome! Damir Sabolcec explained everything with no pressure. Totally painless experience. Great Dealership, great sales, great finance.
