Michael Coffman made the process very comfortable and completely transparent. He is super relaxed and calm, which really helped set the atmosphere. All questions were answered clearly without any sense of deception. This was my first time ever having a positive experience buying a car. Even the Finance department was awesome! Damir Sabolcec explained everything with no pressure. Totally painless experience. Great Dealership, great sales, great finance.
