Thanks to the special, personal service from Michal Conquilla, I literally felt like a king when I picked up my new Subaru, which was sitting right outside the showroom, sparkling new with my name in large letters on a sign in the window. Michael then proceeded to spend substantial time carefully discussing the features & options for my new car.
