This review is for the Finance Department of Sierra Subaru and David Truong. We traded in our Outback and purchased our Ascent on 9/20/2020 at Sierra Subaru. As we speak, it’s been 1 year and 6 months Subaru and David Truong. We traded in our Outback and purchased our Ascent on 9/20/2020 at Sierra Subaru. As we speak, it’s been 1 year and 6 months of this back and forth on who will process our refund for the Gap Insurance . Our salesperson Michael Conquilla was really great, extremely helpful and was kind enough to help us in getting this done at the beginning even if he’s not the person or department responsible for it. To be honest, we are sick and tired of calling, leaving messages, texting with no replies at times for follow ups on when that check will be sent. Why can’t Sierra Subaru just deal with the 3rd party company and cover the amount, send the check to us and call it a day. Instead, you’d rather have a returning customer get very frustrated and angry! We were really very patient with this for a year and 6 months and we are just really fed up! More
