Found a good vehicle at a good price online but on going to the dealership the sticker price was not as advertised. Had to haggle quite a bit, financing was difficult and after sales service has been poor, to the dealership the sticker price was not as advertised. I have been trying to get a decent vehicle and all of the dealerships in town claimed to be able to help me, that they can do what no other dealership in town can do for me, then I never hear back from them and when I followed up with them, I was either treated like a Lepper or flat out ripped off and lied to.... UNTIL... Michael Costello at Lithia Hyundai! He is my hero! Michael listened to me, didn't blow smoke or try to talk circles around me like a typical salesman does. He was kind, considerate and treated me with the respect due. He is in charge of the Fresh Start program to help people like me get a decent car and boy did he. He worked with me to get a do-able down payment, a car payment I can afford and I picked the car. Not them. I got what I wanted. No settling. I have been very ill and his consideration for that and the fact I had no car at all, was very sweet. He arranged to have my car brought to my home where I signed the papers. I did not have to spend 1 minute of this at the dealership. His co worker Kirby was so kind as well showing me what I needed to sign. I now have a beautiful, fully loaded, 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Its a dream for me. If you want to be treated like a human being, know they got your back and really do want to help you find your way, not just make a sell, the you need to go to Lithia Hyundai and ask for Michael Costello. You will not be sorry. Thanks Michael and team. I love my truck! More
