low offer on my trade in's, and would not budge on prices AT ALL. truck was dirty and i brought it back and they barley cleaned it again. LIED to me about it just being serviced, took it to my shop and the oil was BLACK and the tires were obviously NOT just rotated like they stated, they are cupped up from lack of rotation. i have NEVER been to a dealer that doesn't fill up the tank when you buy a forty thousand dollar truck... overall my experience was very bad because of the things i listed, i will discourage anyone i know from going to rob sight ford. i have been to dinky small town used car dealerships that offer better service, even craigslist offers a better buying experience. i am happy with my new truck, BUT i wish i would of had better luck with the dealer i had to buy it from. More

Everyone at Rob Sight was very accommodating. They happily pulled vehicles in their garage so I could inspect them in the evening. Michael was amazing. I worked with him in April 2013 and actually did not make a purchase as the car I was looking for was not on the lot. I wound up making a purchase elsewhere. Because of how friendly Michael was in April, I contacted him first when I decided to trade the bad purchase in for something better. Michael was again very friendly and he remembered me even though my hair color had changed. I got the car I originally wanted in April. Tony is a funny guy. He works very hard for his guests. He does everything he can to make the best deal for the financing. He got us a great rate on our purchase and was very kind. We will be returning later this week to make another purchase. More
