They made the car buying experience smooth, quick and easy. We never felt any pressure. Jeff contacted me soon after emailing the dealership through cars.com and was very helpful answering questions. We are from out of town and sent a family member to check out the vehicles and test drive them. My brother in law noticed a sound with the brakes and Jeff immediately got the vehicle to the service center to be checked out and fixed and let me know what was happening throughout the whole process. Jeff had Tony, from finance, to contact me re: warranty/gap and financing. Tony answered all my questions and even beat a rate we were looking at through another Ford dealer. Both Jeff and Tony made it easy on us with us being out of town and having most of our contact via phone. Everything was ready for us when we got there to get the vehicle. Jeff addressed a concern we had and put our minds at ease. We met with Tony to go over our financing. Tony is a real "fireball"! He is funny and very easy going. He took away the stress of buying a vehicle and helped to make it a pleasant experience. We will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends and would likely make the 3 hour drive again to buy from Jeff at Rob Sight Ford! Thanks so much! More

low offer on my trade in's, and would not budge on prices AT ALL. truck was dirty and i brought it back and they barley cleaned it again. LIED to me about it just being serviced, took it to my shop and the oil was BLACK and the tires were obviously NOT just rotated like they stated, they are cupped up from lack of rotation. i have NEVER been to a dealer that doesn't fill up the tank when you buy a forty thousand dollar truck... overall my experience was very bad because of the things i listed, i will discourage anyone i know from going to rob sight ford. i have been to dinky small town used car dealerships that offer better service, even craigslist offers a better buying experience. i am happy with my new truck, BUT i wish i would of had better luck with the dealer i had to buy it from. More

Everyone at Rob Sight was very accommodating. They happily pulled vehicles in their garage so I could inspect them in the evening. Michael was amazing. I worked with him in April 2013 and actually did not make a purchase as the car I was looking for was not on the lot. I wound up making a purchase elsewhere. Because of how friendly Michael was in April, I contacted him first when I decided to trade the bad purchase in for something better. Michael was again very friendly and he remembered me even though my hair color had changed. I got the car I originally wanted in April. Tony is a funny guy. He works very hard for his guests. He does everything he can to make the best deal for the financing. He got us a great rate on our purchase and was very kind. We will be returning later this week to make another purchase. More
