My new truck purchase is actually for my father and as a surprise for Christmas, so Michael and the finance person (Brian...don't know his last name) were both very helpful in how to achieve this surprise while looking to title in his name or my moms name with me being the responsible financial party. Process was fast and efficient, which works well for my busy schedule. Overall a very pleasant experience! More

Wow... the right car after a long search! Michael Cox went over and beyond to understanding our need to shop and compare what was available for the money we had. I was purchasing my sons first car for college so it had to be affordable, economical to operate and reliable. Most sales people would not care to go there with that list. We had made this a two month search and Michael in that search somewhere had gotten in our conversations but we had several cars in that price range to look. I promised Michael we would not make a final decision until we visited his offer. Yes, the last place we looked was where we knew by comparison after all the looking the price was several hundred under Blue Book without having to dicker price but most important it was in good condition and very clean! Then there was the 3,000 mile or thirty day warranty that just blew us away!!! Oh yes, even for a used car we will always try Rob Sight first from now on! Thanks Michael for making us a friend too. More

I came in after researching cars nationwide and understanding what the market was bearing for the vehicle purchased. The time reviewing the car, getting some questions answered, and closing the deal was quick, and with courtesy. Great experience! My husband and I had a great experience at Rob Sight Ford. We worked with Jeff and Tony. Both were very friendly and easy to work with. They made the car buying experience smooth, quick and easy. We never felt any pressure. Jeff contacted me soon after emailing the dealership through cars.com and was very helpful answering questions. We are from out of town and sent a family member to check out the vehicles and test drive them. My brother in law noticed a sound with the brakes and Jeff immediately got the vehicle to the service center to be checked out and fixed and let me know what was happening throughout the whole process. Jeff had Tony, from finance, to contact me re: warranty/gap and financing. Tony answered all my questions and even beat a rate we were looking at through another Ford dealer. Both Jeff and Tony made it easy on us with us being out of town and having most of our contact via phone. Everything was ready for us when we got there to get the vehicle. Jeff addressed a concern we had and put our minds at ease. We met with Tony to go over our financing. Tony is a real "fireball"! He is funny and very easy going. He took away the stress of buying a vehicle and helped to make it a pleasant experience. We will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends and would likely make the 3 hour drive again to buy from Jeff at Rob Sight Ford! Thanks so much! More
