Selena was wonderful. Loved Joseph Grant he was great. I of course would have liked to be able to deal a little and had an offer of some extras going out the door but otherwise he was fab. Michael on the other hand just tried to sell me an extended warranty and when I balked, his demeanor towards us shifted negatively. It was noticeable. Left a bad taste in my mouth. More
