I located the perfect configuration Giulia at Strongsville online and reached out to the sales department, where I connected with Jared Janson. Given I have never purchased a vehicle remotely, sight unseen, Jared made the complete process seamless and enjoyable, more than my past in-person interactions with other luxury brands. Jared was extremely responsive, at any day / time when I had a question or needed clarity. Once we finalized the car sale price and trade-in value, he connected me with Joe Killiany to finance the purchase - again, great experience working with Joe. Once everything was wrapped up, Michael DeSalvo, the GM, reached out to coordinate the delivery to ensure I received my perfect car - which I did, with tons of swag gifts to help root for my F1 team - Alfa. I could not have asked for a better overall experience, which included great service, great price, great product - Strongsville has it. When the time comes for another Alfa Romeo, Strongsville will be my 1st choice. Thank you, Angelo More
