My experience with Alfa Strongsville is absolutely fantastic. I own a 2018 Stelvio since 2020. I brought it to both Alfa dealers in town (Bedford). Alfa Strongsville led by Chris and his team are phenomenal. Bedford was literally trying to get money out of me. 3 years ago, they told me time belt has to change. I called Strongsville and Chris told me they haven’t even started changing it for stelvios and my car was even low mileage. 3 years passed and I still use the same time belt… I had fuel tank problem and Chris and his team was able to address it right away and accurately. Also pricing wise I think they are not that different than Toyota dealership mechanics. I pay 100$ for Toyota maintenance twice a year and I pay 160$ at Alfa only once a year. When I did maintenance at Bedford, they charged me 50% more than what it costs at Strongsville and this was 2 years ago. More
