Mike was very helpful and friendly as he gathered information for us. We did not buy the a vehicle on our first visit, but that did not stop Bob ( the owner) from coming over and thanking us for our interest in his inventory. He was clear, that if we needed any additional information to not hesitate to give him a call. We were never pressured to purchase a vehicle, but that did not mean we were not given excellent service. The owner responded to our calls or emails promptly. I was even able to reach him on a Sunday, when they not even open. I test drove 3 different vehicles and was shown great patience and understanding during the selection process. The BMW I selected for my wife was in excellent "like new" condition. The dealership was very sensitive, by the fact, that my wife and I were traveling 2 hours to get to their dealership on the day we were picking up our BMW. Bob had his staff, beautifully detailed the car and had the gas tank full. It was on clear display in front of the show room, when we arrived at the dealership. The smile of my wife's face, when she saw her car, was "PRICELESS". Well worth the travel time. Thanks Bob for having beautiful sports cars on display, on day I was looking for a truck for myself, two weeks before Father's Day, but as they say" Happy Wife means a Happy Life". I drove home very satisfied with a great car at a great price. More
