Michael Eustace in sales is a great help. He spent a lot of time helping us find the model we need in the range of a few hundred miles in this difficult time when the inventory is very limited. He's very knowledgeable about the car and I've been learning a lot about what I'm paying for. He's been always excited to show us the cool functionalities of the car. He is willing to seek a better retail price and a better financing rate for us. At one point we signed the financing documents where the retail price was not the price we negotiated earlier and we didn't notice that. Michael was willing to get to the bottom of it and refund us the difference. I've worked with Michael to purchase two cars in the last three months and I love both. More
