Great during sale then below average management made no attempt to contact me after a clerical error cost me over $500.00 due to having to register in a different state and over 40 hours management made no attempt to contact me after a clerical error cost me over $500.00 due to having to register in a different state and over 40 hours wasted in attempting to correct the mistake. Sales staff was great then the experience took a dive. I asked for free service or other compensation and received neither. I had originally written a great review but after several failed attempts to talk to a manager to voice concerns I decided to change my review to reflect the entire scope of my experience. More

It was close to what we wanted, but lacked some items. We left and found the car with the packages we wanted in Atlanta; however, Michael Felton stayed in touch and searched until he found the exact car we wanted. He called to let us know it would be on their lot on a Thursday. I picked it up Friday. Everything was ready and I was in and out in a short period of time. Mr. Felton stayed in touch for over a month between the time we were first on the lot and the time I picked up the car. He stayed on the sale and followed it through completion. More
