We were confident in our purchase and price before we even arrived to the lot to get our car. He helped ensure everything once decided that could be taken care of before our arrival was done. Upon arrival, Michael Felton greeted us and explained the remaining process. My children were with me and he was so welcoming to our whole family in our office. Very sweet and accommodating to my children while also ensuring we were comfortable with our purchase. He went through everything in detail with the purchase and with the car. He was very accommodating ensuring I understood the features of the car and his assistance in the future service of the car and with any questions we might have. He was there to welcome us and stayed late to be there when we left. He introduced me to Erick who was great in set up of what we needed in financing the car as well. Everyone was so curious and kind to us as a family and as customers. Cant thank them enough for taking the stress out of this process. They made it fun for our whole family. More

The only reason I didn't rank the Overall Experience with 5 stars was due to the issues involvi Michael worked very hard to get the car that I wanted. The only reason I didn't rank the Overall Experience with 5 stars was due to the issues involving the driver picking up the wrong vehicle and the misunderstanding with the other dealership - which shouldn't be a reflection on Michael, but on the delivery person who didn't verify he was picking up the correct vehicle and the other dealership for not properly communicating that they were trading a loaner vehicle instead of a new vehicle as expected. More
