New S60 Service On May 2, I purchased a 2015 S60. After inspection, we were notified that a part needed to be ordered. After the part came in, the service was compl On May 2, I purchased a 2015 S60. After inspection, we were notified that a part needed to be ordered. After the part came in, the service was completed, then a couple days later, the check engine light was back on. I called and spoke with Cameron Clifton and explained what had happened. The issue I had was that in two days I was going out of town and I had no time to bring the car to the dealership. We live 1 1/2 hours from the dealership. Cameron quickly came up with a solution and sent someone to retrieve my car and I was provided with an loaner. The issue was diagnosed but the part was on back order. Cameron once again came through with a rental car until my car was ready. The car is now fixed and the service I received was above and beyond what I had expected. Also, would like a shout out to our Salesman Michael Felton. The day we purchased the car, he was very patient with us as we test drove multiple cars and stayed until we hours to complete the purchase. He even helped wash the car since everyone had gone home! I think I have found my dealership! More

I can sum up my entire car buying experience in seven letters: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Approached me in a non-intrusive way and really made me feel at home. Even though it was my first time meeting Michael Felt letters: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Approached me in a non-intrusive way and really made me feel at home. Even though it was my first time meeting Michael Felton, Keith Welch, and Kevin Rebholz they each made me feel like we were old friends. It was as if I were hanging out with my buddies who just so happened to be selling me a car. Michael went to bat for me once I saw the vehicle I wanted. He worked with his sales manager to get me one heck of a deal on a 2015 Volvo XC60. I never had to haggle or anything. It was as if they read my mind and came right to me with the price I wanted to pay! Answered every question that I had and took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and why. There was no pressure to just take a car off the lot. Instead, Michael offered to go out and get me the car that met all of my needs, even if it meant having to ship it in from another state. I actually ended up with one off the lot because they happened to have exactly what I was looking for sitting right outside. Zipped through the entire process. I have purchased a lot (and I mean a lot) of cars in my life and I've never been in and out of a dealership so fast! The whole thing was truly effortless. Interest in seeing me thoroughly satisfied. I think Michael must have asked me, "is there anything else I can do for you?" a million times! It's great feeling catered/listened to when making such a large purchase. He treated me like he knew that me buying a car from him was far less important than me being happy as a person first and as a customer second. Noticeable difference between Capital Volkswagen and other dealerships I've patronized in the past. From the first step onto the lot to driving my car home, the feeling in the air was just different there. The building and grounds are very comfortable and have good energy. It's hard to quantify feelings, but I know good from bad and this dealership just "felt" good to me. Great experience overall. AMAZING in fact! :-) More
