I sincerely appreciate them not wasting my time with the standard ping-ponging that plagues the car buying process. Even the post-sale process has been thoughtful to ensure my satisfaction. Some experiences were good, others have been frustrating. It's been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my second key and a replacement bumper. I have made 3 trips in to the dealership and still have not be It's been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my second key and a replacement bumper. I have made 3 trips in to the dealership and still have not been able to get the key. I would think some arrangements could be made to have it available even if the used car manager is out a lot. Or someone should be calling me to let me know when the person who has it is in the office. Hard to believe he hasn't been there in 2 whole weeks. I don't feel I got a good deal on the vehicle, but that is largely on me for not doing a better job negotiating. Also was very disappointed in the finance rate, I went in to get the 5.49% advertised, but then they offered me a used vehicle and the rate from Toyota skyrocketed in spite of my excellent credit rating... Was there a better rate out there? I don't know, I should have waited until I could shop around, so again, that is on me. Overall, the dealership hasn't done anything wrong, I am just frustrated at having to chase after details like the key and the bumper. I am hoping to have positive experiences with the service department, but can't speak to that yet. More
