I had a recent oil change and, as is their practice, the technicians do a check of the vehicle for any other issues. The technicians then make recommendations on work they believe needs to be done. It was recommended that front end bushings and control arms be replaced at the cost of $1,500+. After taking the vehicle to another shop for a second opinion, they revealed that the bushings on my vehicle were fine and that the ones in the picture sent by Planet Nissan were not even from my vehicle! Planet Nissan tried to scam me. Being a female, this is discrimination. More

Many other Nissan dealers have shuttle service past 3:30pm. If customers are within range limits for shuttle service past 3:30pm while their car is being worked on they should have that service on hand More
