Bought my 2025 nissan sentra from planet nissan in October 2025 with 6 miles on it. The driving test had an issue where a malfunction for the cruise control popped up on the screen and persisted thro October 2025 with 6 miles on it. The driving test had an issue where a malfunction for the cruise control popped up on the screen and persisted through the drive and the cruise control did not work. They switched it with a new one, same miles same everything just different VIN. I drive off the lot with the replacement one and within 10 minutes, that same malfunction popped up and the cruise control does not work. Since October 3rd, I have had to sit in their lobby for 3 plus hours twice while they replaced the supposed parts that fix the issue, and after the 2nd time driving it off the lot and it didn't work, I took it back on the same day and they gave me a loaner while they tried fixing it. It has been nearly a month since I dropped it off, a brand new 2025 6 mile odometer vehicle that I have continued to pay for monthly and haven't gotten a single update even though I call. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership and they have done nothing but ask me to update them on the mileage of the loaner so they can update the loaner agreement. This is not how you treat brand new customers because this leaves a lasting impression when it's time to get a new car. More
